UC Undergraduate Studies Catalog 2019-2023 Section VIII Graduation Requirements and Procedures

For ease of reference, this recapitulates what has been covered in more detail in Section V.11.

It is the student's responsibility to initiate the processes leading up to their graduation from The University of Cambodia. In addition to the normal registration procedures outlined above, all undergraduate students who have only one more term to complete must also proceed through the following required steps: to facilitate processing, this should be done as early as possible.

1. Obtain copies of the Graduation Application Form and the Student Clearance Form from the Office of Academic Affairs.
2. Check their academic records with the Registrar’s Office to ensure that they have satisfied all academic requirements, including having –

ü an adequate Grade Point Average (GPA: see Section V.10);

ü the required number of credits for the degree; and

ü no incomplete grades (all incomplete grades must have been converted into the normal grades).

3. Clear any outstanding financial obligations that they may have with the University.
4. Submit the completed form to the Office of Academic Affairs.
5. Register, prepare for and sit the exit Comprehensive Exam.
