309 students graduated from the Center for English Studies (CES) at The University of Cambodia at the 18th CES Graduation Ceremony presided over by H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Founder, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and President of The University of Cambodia on August 26, 2017.
