The Center for English Studies (CES) at the University of Cambodia (UC) is celebrating its 17th CES graduation ceremony to award the certificates of completion to the CES graduates in Terms 4 and 5 (Academic Year 2015-2016), and in Terms 1A and 2A (Academic Year 2016-2017).
