On April 30, 2013, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ohio University, Athens, Ohio USA and the University of Cambodia (UC) have been entered and signed. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is in the continuance of a previous statement of formal articulation, originally signed in June 2006 and which expired June 2011. In recognition of the mutual cooperation and friendship therefore established, both OHIO and UC now wish to and agree to enter into this new MoU to continue facilitating the intellectual life and cultural development for both institutions.
