Phnom Penh, 19th December 2019, The University of Cambodia (UC) and Hanyang Women's University (HYWU) in South Korea signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen international relations with the purpose of developing a study training program abroad. The signing ceremony was held at the Conference Room on the second floor at UC.
