On 5 November 2019, the Former Minister Dato Dr. Zulkarnain Hanafi of the Ministry of Health of Brunei Darussalam visited The University of Cambodia. This visit was made possible through the facilitation of the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in Cambodia led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary H. E. Pengiran Kasmirhan Pengiran Tahir.
