The 35th Recipient: The University of Cambodia (UC) was indeed pleased to recognize and honor Prof. David Cohen, Law Professor; Director of WSD Handa Center for Human Rights and International Justice; and Co-Director of the ASEAN Law and Integration Center, with its thirty fifth Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarian Law in 2014.
